Established in 2001 as a partnership between Howard Community College and Prince George’s Community College, LCC brings convenient, personalized, and supportive educational opportunities to Laurel, MD and the Baltimore-Washington region. As a Maryland Regional Higher Education Center, LCC offers courses and degree programs from our founding community colleges and our four-year university partners. The result is a community that works collaboratively to offer courses in associate, bachelor’s, and post-baccalaureate study—all in a small, supportive setting.
Credit courses at the LCC may be applied to an associate degree from Howard Community College or Prince George's Community College or transferred to a four-year college or university. Baccalaureate and graduate degree courses are also offered. If you want to upgrade your skills or expand your interests, you'll find plenty of options here.
