Founded in 1867, Morgan State University, is a Carnegie-classified doctoral research institution providing instruction to a multiethnic, multiracial, multinational student body and offering more than 100 academic programs leading to degrees from the baccalaureate to the doctorate. As Maryland’s Preeminent Public Urban Research University, Morgan fulfills its mission to address the needs and challenges of the modern urban environment.

Located in a charming residential area of northeast Baltimore, Morgan’s impressive, 152-acre campus features state-of-the-art facilities geared toward innovative teaching and learning in the 21st century.     Electrical Engineering: Morgan’s electrical engineering degree program is ABET accredited and is at the forefront of both innovative research and creative pedagogy that, in turn, provides a rich, dynamic academic environment for the University’s undergraduate and graduate students. Faculty and staff give the highest priority to servicing students to help prepare our graduates for life-long learning, empower them to succeed in graduate school, and to excel and lead in their professional careers.

    Psychology: Morgan offers a very robust undergraduate degree program in psychology. A Morgan degree in psychology affords its recipient with a number of career options and opportunities. Graduates with degrees in psychology have worked in industry, the government, foundations, other organizational settings, mental health settings, and academic and research environments.
