UMCP Comes to the LCC
The University of Maryland College Park became the newest partner at the Laurel College Center (LCC).

UMCP is offering a Master’s Certification Program (MCERT), a graduate-level teacher preparation program that leads to elementary or secondary teacher certification and a Master of Education (M.Ed.). This 13-month, 42-credit program is an intensive, full-time experience that integrates both theory and practice in a school-based program.

With UMCP, the LCC features seven colleges offering 14 degrees and hundreds of noncredit, continuing education courses.

The Laurel College Center will be closed for Spring Break:  March 31 - April 6.  Please note:  these dates differ from the Spring Break for the PGCC or HCC main campus.

Prince George's Community College and Howard Community College announce the opening of a new Microbiology Lab at the Laurel College Center.  Starting Spring 2010, LCC will be offering microbiology classes!
